Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers and vendors primarily by phone and messaging platforms.
• Maintain and update driver qualification files and compliance records.
• Assist with DOT safety documentation and compliance requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve scheduling issues.
• Use Microsoft Excel and digital filing systems to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fleet operations.
