Job summary

Dutech Systems is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day transportation activities onsite in Springdale, AR. You will coordinate with Maintenance, Safety, Driver Training, HR, and Planning to optimize fleet performance and ensure safe, reliable service.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration across departments, and a preference for candidates with logistics experience and a college degree. Night and weekend shifts are a core part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Night and weekend shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day fleet and transportation operations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety, Driver Training, HR, and Planning teams.
• Partner with drivers, customers, and production/distribution facilities to maintain communication.
• Monitor transportation performance and help optimize fleet operations.
• Support safe, reliable, and timely transportation services.
• Address operational issues and coordinate solutions across departments.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
• Perform additional transportation and fleet-related duties as assigned.

Pay Rate

$22.00/hr
