AVI Foodsystems is seeking an Office Generalist to join the Fleet Department in Niles, OH. This role runs Monday–Friday, daytime hours, with no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate extension.
• Liaise between your department and AVI’s Headquarters Service Center.
• Greet visitors in a pleasant and informed manner.
• Process paperwork and electronic documents accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of all paperwork and reports.
• Assist with hiring processes including pre-screening and interviews.
• Update candidate status in an applicant tracking system.
• Participate in onboarding new team members.
• Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
