Kelly Tours in Charleston is seeking a dedicated fleet technician to diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on our mini bus fleet. You will take ownership of ensuring our vehicles are safe and reliable for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing gas-powered mini buses or similar vehicles.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL a plus.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on mini buses.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Conduct annual DOT inspections.
• Troubleshoot check-engine lights, electrical problems, starting/charging issues.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance performed.
• Identify potential mechanical problems before breakdowns or service interruptions.
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns and maintenance issues when needed.
• Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch regarding vehicle availability and maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and applicable DOT, state, and federal requirements.
