Job summary

Mountaire Farms in Delaware is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to keep our vehicle fleet ready for operations. The role focuses on inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safety and reliability during the 2nd shift (2 PM–12 AM).

You will perform basic inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs under supervision, keep the shop organized, and use our Fleet Maintenance software to track work orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of relevant maintenance or mechanical experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic inspections and preventative maintenance; moves equipment as needed.
• Performs basic repairs and intermediate maintenance under supervision.
• Shop clean-up and organization.
• Utilizes the Fleet Maintenance software system.

Focuses on maintaining and repairing vehicles within a fleet.
