Job summary

Mountaine Farms is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician in Selbyville, Delaware to maintain and repair vehicles in our fleet. You will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and carry out necessary repairs to keep the fleet safe and reliable.

In this role you will use Fleet Maintenance software, perform basic repairs under supervision, keep the shop organized, and support a culture of teamwork and quality service for our community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0 - 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Basic computer competency.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic inspections and preventative maintenance. Moves equipment as needed.
• Performs basic repairs and intermediate maintenance under supervision.
• Shop clean-up and organization.
• Utilizes the Fleet Maintenance software system program.
