Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) in Memphis, TN is hiring Fleet Mechanics to maintain and repair a large, diverse fleet. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art tooling and diagnostics to ensure reliability and safety of vehicles including heavy‑duty trucks, vans, and forklifts.

Experience with OE platforms and diesel systems is valued. This role emphasizes independent work with coaching as needed, a strong safety culture, and opportunities for career growth within PBNA's extensive maintenance

Qualifications

• Perform PMs and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Use diagnostic platforms to troubleshoot vehicles.
• Work on a diverse fleet including trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Experience with OE platforms and heavy‑duty diagnostics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose fleet vehicle issues and perform repairs.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Maintain vehicle records and documentation.
• Support safety culture and compliance across shifts.
