Job Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (schedule subject to change based on business needs)

Mechanic Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to assemble, maintain, and repair machinery and vehicles, ensuring their functionality, safety, and reliability. Ideal candidates will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and experience with various machines and tools, following safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build machines or components according to specifications
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery, engines, and transmissions
• Run diagnostic tests and maintain detailed logs
• Conduct repairs to maximize functionality and reliability
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• Apply lubricants and replenish fluids
• Advise on maintenance practices and preventative measures
• Additional duties such as hydraulic repairs and painting as needed
• Experience with heavy equipment is a plus

Requirements & Skills:

• 5-10+ years of proven mechanic experience
• Valid Driver’s license required
• DOT Physical (company-paid) and Medical Card
• Strong knowledge of machinery, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Skilled with hand tools, shop tools, and measurement tools
• Ability to follow procedures, manuals, and schematics
• Basic personal hand tools
• Adherence to safety regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and good overall fitness
• High school diploma preferred; vocational certification a plus
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
