Job Details:

• Location: 1747 Stanley Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45405
• Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (schedule may vary)

Role Summary:

We seek a skilled Mechanic to assemble, maintain, and repair machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety, functionality, and reliability. Candidates should have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and experience with various machines and tools, following safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build machines or components
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery, engines, and transmissions
• Run diagnostic tests and maintain logs
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance
• Apply lubricants and replenish fluids
• Advise on maintenance practices
• Additional duties such as hydraulic repairs or vehicle painting
• Experience with heavy equipment is a plus

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 8+ years of proven mechanic experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• DOT Physical (paid by company)
• DOT Medical Card
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical systems
• Skilled with hand and shop tools, measurement tools
• Ability to follow procedures and read schematics
• Basic hand tools for daily use
• Adherence to safety regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and good fitness
• High school diploma (preferred), vocational or apprenticeship certification (a plus)
• ASE certifications (preferred, not required)
