The Fleet Mechanic 2 at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. maintains and repairs our vehicle fleet, including class 1-8 diesel and gasoline trucks, trailers, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, order parts, and assist teammates to keep operations safe and efficient. The role requires strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, safety adherence, and a willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Valid Class A CDL preferred and maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems knowledge.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and follow safety rules.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and adapt schedule.

Aufgaben

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment including trucks and forklifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on fleet assets.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and perform repairs or part replacements.
• Document work orders and manage parts inventory accurately.
• Provide emergency roadside assistance as needed and ensure safety compliance.
