Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is hiring a Fleet Mechanic 2 to maintain and repair our fleet of class 1-8 equipment including diesel trucks, trailers, pallet jacks and forklifts. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and support parts ordering with accurate data entry.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge, experience with heavy equipment, and a willingness to work a Monday–Friday shift with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3 years related experience in fleet maintenance.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel and gasoline fleet equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Perform emergency roadside services as needed.
• Order parts and manage stock inventory, record usage.
• Complete electronic work orders and document data accurately.
• Assist teammates with troubleshooting and repairs.
