Job summary

Cable Services Company, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas‑powered vehicles and equipment across multiple job sites.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, the ability to pass a motor vehicle and criminal background check, and travel with overnight stays as needed. You will use diagnostic tools and document repairs while adhering to OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle and criminal background checks.
• Must complete and pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests on diesel and gas engines.
• Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes and filter replacements.
• Repair and replace engine components and related systems.
• Inspect hydraulic systems, brakes, transmissions, and cooling systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and document maintenance in the Fleet Management System.
• Travel to job sites for on-site repairs and emergency maintenance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and company protocols.
