Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is hiring a Diesel Mechanic/Technician to perform onsite preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Class 6-8 trucks at customer yards. You will work independently in the field with a supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on diesel tech experience on Class 6-8 trucks.
• Experience with CNG engine systems is a plus.
• DOT inspections and air brake repair expertise.
• Strong communication with customers and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite preventative maintenance and DOT inspections on Class 6-8 trucks.
• Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems.
• Use diagnostic tools, handheld computers, and precision instruments to identify issues.
