Qualifications

• 3 years of vehicle maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain Ohio Class A CDL with school bus & passenger endorsements within 6 months.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Able to pass physical and lift 75 pounds; able to climb, stand, bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain buses, cars, vans, and other district vehicles.
• Diagnose simple and complex automotive problems; repair electrical and fuel systems.
• Inspect and replace drive train components; perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and safety inspections.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
