Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Fleet Mechanic 2 to maintain and repair our fleet of class 1-8 diesel and gasoline trucks, trailers, pallet jacks and forklifts. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electronic issues, and execute repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires knowledge of diesel and gas engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, with opportunities for career growth and training. CDL preferred; strong safety and teamwork mindset expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Class A CDL preferred
• Must read/write/speak English
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions and perform repairs
• Repair major equipment components and rebuild parts as needed
• Provide emergency roadside services when required
• Research and order parts and manage stock inventory
• Complete electronic work orders and document findings
