• Build consensus across Coaching and APICS CPIM owners who rarely agree.
• Cut three steps out of an approval chain nobody loves.
• Draft the business case that gets an autonomy-driven initiative funded past committee.
• Hold the line on scope when a business project starts sprawling.
• Optimize the supply chain to balance cost, speed, and reliability.
• Reallocate spend toward whatever business channel is actually working.
