Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a fleet of drivers and ensure timely load delivery with safety and compliance.
• Support driver scheduling, monitoring hours of service (HOS), and route optimization.
• Participate in onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training for drivers.
• Collaborate with dispatch to ensure efficient load assignments and fleet utilization.
• Analyze operational metrics and report on on-time performance and driver productivity.
• Act as a point of contact for drivers and support route issues and equipment needs.
• Assist in safety meetings, driver performance reviews, and incident reviews.
• Complete a structured training program focused on fleet operations and leadership.
