Crane Cartage LLC is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher/Coordinator in Houston to enforce DOT/state regulations, monitor driver logs, and lead safety initiatives. You will engage drivers, coordinate with operations, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries while controlling costs and improving KPIs.

The role emphasizes effective communication with clients and vendors, onboarding of drivers, and maintaining accurate reporting. A strong safety mindset and familiarity with TMS are essential.

Qualifications

• Must follow DOT and state regulations.
• Monitor Hours of Service and driver logs.
• Lead safety programs and address nonconformance.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, vendors.
• Assist with planning and budgeting; monitor cost and quality.
• Onboard new drivers.
• Maintain reporting and monitor fleet KPIs.
