Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure and is expanding its Supply Chain Team to manage hardware fleets across multiple data centers. The role focuses on lifecycle ownership, spares strategy, and data-driven optimization to keep operations efficient and cost-effective.

Qualifications

• Manage hardware fleet or asset base at scale.
• Set spares levels from failure data and defend working capital.
• Maintain asset records accurate enough for audits.
• Run RMA and warranty recovery programs that generate real Money.
• Bonus: GPU/server fleets, DCIM, reverse logistics, depreciation and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardware fleet lifecycle across all sites (receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, decommission).
• Set and optimize spares strategy per site, balancing availability and capital.
• Track fleet health and utilization to drive data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate fleet moves between sites and ensure consistent packaging standards.
