Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a hands-on Hardware Fleet Manager to own the lifecycle of thousands of server units across multiple data center sites in New York. You will steward spares, track health, and optimize depreciation and RMA processes to maximize uptime and cost efficiency.

You will work at our New York facilities with a fast-paced team focused on frontier AI infrastructure. The role requires rigorous asset control, cross-site coordination, and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• You’ve managed a hardware fleet of tens of thousands of units.
• You’ve set spares levels from failure data and defended the working capital they consume.
• You keep asset records accurate enough to survive an audit without a scramble.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardware fleet lifecycle across all sites: receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, decommission.
• Set spares strategy per site, levels, locations, and replenishment triggers.
• Track fleet health and utilization to drive capital decisions and maintenance.
• Coordinate fleet moves between sites and enforce packaging standards.
