Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure and is expanding its Supply Chain Team to manage hardware fleets across multiple data centers. The role focuses on lifecycle ownership, spares strategy, and data-driven optimization to keep operations efficient and cost-effective.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing large fleets, setting spare levels, and maintaining audit-ready asset records. Join us to push the frontier of AI compute with speed and scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardware fleet lifecycle across all sites (receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, decommission).

The Supply Chain Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on

• Supply compute at a scale of 10s to 100s of GWs, the largest build out of compute in history. Qualify and dual-source across every critical equipment category, with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied directly to the forward build pipeline.
• Make supply chain the reason we build faster than anyone. Our modular build redefines speed in this industry, and it lives or dies on supply chain. Keep procurement permanently off the critical path so schedule compression stays our advantage, not our constraint.
• Build the most accurate supply chain prediction modelling that exists. Use the frontier of AI to forecast lead times, demand, and disruption with a precision the industry has never had, and turn that foresight into a structural edge.

Role Scope

• Own the hardware fleet lifecycle: receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, and decommission across every site.
• Set spares strategy per site, levels, locations, and replenishment triggers, balancing availability against capital.
• Track fleet health and utilization so aging, failure rates, and warranty positions drive decisions instead of surprises.
• Coordinate fleet moves between sites, from packaging standards to chain of custody.

What We're Looking For

• You've set spares levels from failure data and defended the working capital they consume.
• You keep asset records accurate enough to survive an audit without a scramble.
