Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Savannah seeks a Fleet Manager to coach owner-operators, discuss business issues related to their lease, and ensure compliance with leases and safety/regulatory standards. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, starting early morning hours.

You will lead sessions with drivers, monitor performance data, and support adherence to FMCSR regulations while contributing to operational efficiency. Schneider values diversity and inclusion across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of transportation experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Can take initiative.
• Able to understand how data drives technology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate owner-operator business sessions.
• Ensure compliance with owner-operators' leases.
• Administer operating standards concerning public safety and regulatory compliance within Schneider and Federal Motor Carrier Regulations.
