Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a Fleet Manager in Chesapeake to serve as a coach to a group of owner‑operator truck drivers who do business with Schneider. The Fleet Manager will talk to owner‑operators about business‑related issues and answer any questions they have related to their lease with Schneider.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate owner‑operator business sessions.
• Ensure compliance with owner‑operators’ leases.
• Administer operating standards concerning public safety and regulatory compliance within Schneider and Federal Motor Carrier Regulations.
