Primoris T&D Services, LLC is seeking a Fleet Manager in Denton, TX to oversee shop operations and the fleet of construction equipment. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and multitasking to keep diesel and automotive technicians productive and morale high.

You will manage repairs, acquisitions, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient fleet performance. This position offers opportunities for growth and is based on-site in Denton.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a managerial fleet/logistics role in construction.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking capabilities.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Proficient in GPS and fleet-management software.

Responsibilities

Job Overview:The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overall shop and fleet management. The position requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage diesel technicians and automotive Technicians, maintain good morale among the team, and keep construction equipment in service.
