Job summary

Primoris T&D Services, LLC is seeking a skilled automotive/truck maintenance technician to troubleshoot, service, repair and maintain a range of heavy equipment assets. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable problem-solving in shop and field environments.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with two years of technical training and five years of hands-on experience in automotive maintenance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; two-year technical or trade school preferred.
  • Fluid Power Society and/or ASE certifications desired.
  • Minimum five years verifiable experience in automotive/truck maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, service, repair and maintain equipment assets including vehicles, trailers, aerials and yellow iron.
  • Practice safety rules and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and perform repairs on electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, gasoline and diesel systems.
  • Work in shop environments with possible overtime and travel to job sites as needed.
