FedEx Express Romania Transportation SRL is seeking a Senior Planning & Engineering Specialist to lead the coordination of GSE maintenance across multiple countries, ensuring high equipment availability and streamlined vendor contracts.

Based in Romania with a base location discussed at interview, you will drive GPS and Telematics initiatives, analyze data to improve processes, and support continuous improvement across the network for superior customer service.

Position Summary:

Please note: the preferred base location is Romania, however, applications will be accepted from across Europe and base location discussed further at interview.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Planning & Engineering Specialist-Senior:

Responsible for planning and coordinating all GSE maintenance across multiple countries - Network and Ground Operations, ensuring excellent equipment availability. Coordinates vendor maintenance, including contract arrangements and administration. Coordinates lease renewals cross functionally, supports critical project activities; notably introducing new technology, GPS and Telematics implementation (DRIVE Initiative). This position is also key to driving continuous improvement across existing processes and performance metrics as well as centralizing key processes to improve efficiency and standardization. This position will also involve gathering and analyzing data to optimize ways or working and deliver for our customers.
