Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years’ hands-on vehicle maintenance experience.
• Strong communication skills for multi-environment settings.
• Proficiency with commonly used office software and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Instruct apprentices and supervise maintenance techniques.
• Coordinate selection and evaluation of on-the-job trainers.
• Develop and update course content, manuals, and materials.
• Incorporate technology-based training methods and stay current with new tech.
• Maintain training records, schedules, and required reports.
