Job summary

The role requires a strong background in fleet maintenance, at least 4 years of supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license, with responsibilities spanning training, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 4 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements).
• Valid Driver's License at hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the maintenance shop.
• Coordinates and supervises maintenance work and repairs; monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews driver repairs and prepares work order documents.
