Old Dominion Freight Line in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to keep our fleet running safely and on schedule. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and complete timely repairs in a collaborative shop environment.

This full-time role requires attention to DOT/EPA/OSHA rules, the ability to read precision instruments, own tools, and willingness to work shifts as needed; we offer strong health benefits, a 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as maintenance technician or equivalent education.
• Experience with truck repair and body/frame repair.
• Must provide own tools and read precision instruments.

Responsibilities

• Build, rebuild and repair parts for equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical or other failures in trucks.
• Read micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges, voltmeters and meters.
• Troubleshoot components and systems on trucks and trailers.
• Weld as needed for truck repairs and maintain safety standards.
