UPS in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an Automotive Technician to maintain UPS delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers across diverse models. The role requires troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical systems, performing routine preventive maintenance, and using diagnostic tools. Shifts include 2nd or 3rd, with potential overtime and weekend rotation.

You must bring your own hand tools and hold a valid driver's license; CDL preferred. The position offers steady hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current documented automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools and PC.
• Class A/B or A CDL - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets D.O.T requirements for the job.
• Bends, stoops, climbs, stands, and performs routine physical tasks as required.
• Operates standard and manual transmissions and uses power and pneumatic tools.
