Zusammenfassung

TransWest is seeking skilled automotive technicians to maintain and repair motorcoaches, shuttles, light-duty vehicles, and electric fleet equipment. You will diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems while ensuring safety and reliability of our fleet.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in automotive or heavy-duty diesel, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools. A DOT certification and CDL may be required for certain roles.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Professional experience maintaining and repairing vehicles, or completion of a vocational automotive or heavy-duty diesel program, associate's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate; DOT drug screen required.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcoaches, cutaway shuttles, light-duty vehicles, and electric fleet equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, electrical, fuel, and drivetrain components.
• Review driver defect reports and maintenance schedules to minimize road calls and maximize vehicle availability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, labor hours, repair documentation, and parts inventory.
