Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or equivalent.
• Experience: maintenance technician or equivalent education.
• Experience with truck repair, body and frame repair.
• Must provide own tools to perform job duties.
• Ability to complete required paperwork and records.
• Must possess a valid CDL (when required).
• Knowledge of truck systems and DOT/EPA/ICC/OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Repair company equipment in a safe, timely, cost effective manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues on trucks.
• Read precision instruments and electronic diagnostic tools.
• Weld when applicable and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Follow company policies and be able to work across shifts.
