Job summary

GoTriangle is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operations of the Maintenance department and supervise mechanics and service attendants. You will direct shop work, manage repairs, and support ongoing fleet maintenance programs to ensure safe, reliable bus operations.

The role requires strong leadership, diagnostic skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Weekend, holiday, and potential overtime work are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma/GED required.
• ASE certifications in bus transit preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shop staff and assigns work orders to ensure safe, reliable repairs.
• Coordinates with Parts and Inventory for timely support and materials.
• Records daily work orders in the CMMS and tracks labor hours.
• Diagnoses mechanical/electrical issues and performs repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Oversees road call operations and coordinates with dispatch for timely service.
