Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on coordinating, scheduling, and auditing vehicle maintenance repairs, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical work on tractors, trucks, and trailers.

You will hire, train, and develop maintenance technicians to meet customer expectations and support growth into leadership. The position requires 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3 years of team management with

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience or 3 years of team management with strong metrics.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to travel within the district and work a varied schedule.
• DOT/OSHA safety policies compliance knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customer needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility environment.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
