You will coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance across tractors, trucks, and trailers while building morale and ensuring timely, quality service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of team management in a metrics-driven environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to travel within the district.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties and tasks as required by supervisor.
