Job summary

Penske in Riverside, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead diesel technicians, coordinate repairs, and uphold safety and quality across vehicle fleets. You will hire, train, and develop staff to meet customer expectations while maintaining morale and productivity.

This role requires 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3 years in team leadership with strong metrics. On-site schedule may include weekend work.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred, or at least 3 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web based applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs
• Monitor associate work levels
• Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment
• Other duties and tasks as required by supervisor
