Job summary

MSCCN is seeking a Supervisor RC Maintenance in Columbus, OH to coordinate and audit day-to-day fleet maintenance for tractors, trucks, and trailers. You will lead technicians, ensure safety, and collaborate with management to meet deadlines and budgets.

The role requires a Class A CDL or ability to obtain one, proficiency with SAP, TMW, and TMT software, and 5–7 years in fleet maintenance with 3+ years in a leadership position. Travel up to 50% and strong customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL at hire or within 90 days of employment.
• Proficient with SAP, TMW and TMT Maintenance software.
• 5–7 years in fleet maintenance.
• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day fleet maintenance activities across multiple locations.
• Schedule and audit preventive and corrective maintenance on tractors, trucks, and trailers.
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians; ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage parts inventory and maintenance costs; collaborate with Area/Region Manager.
• Oversee external contractors and manage invoicing for non-manned shops.
• Ensure proper documentation and disposal of waste metals.
