You will coordinate maintenance, drive safety, and manage repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers while mentoring staff and aligning with Penske standards.

The role involves hiring, training, and ongoing development of technicians, with a strong emphasis on operational metrics and leadership growth within the Penske organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience or 3 years team management with strong metrics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Willingness to travel within the district

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customer needs
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske assets
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs
• Monitor associate work levels
