Utah Transit Authority is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the vehicle fleet. You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing to ensure safety and reliability, scheduling staff and coordinating tasks across shifts.

The role requires five years of heavy duty diesel mechanics experience and at least one year in a supervisory capacity, with CDL/DOT readiness and basic software skills. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Five years of mechanic experience with heavy duty diesel systems.
• One year of supervisory/lead experience in supervising mechanics/technicians.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain CDL and DOT card prior to start date; forklift certification.
• Intermediate Excel skills; basic Word; ability to analyze data.

Responsabilités

• Directs complete maintenance of assigned vehicle fleet, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Schedules maintenance personnel and coordinates work activities.
• Plans preventative maintenance schedule and monitors tasks to ensure safe, reliable operation.
