Qualifications

• Five years of mechanic work experience with Heavy Duty Diesel repairs.
• One year of supervisory experience in mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Ability to maintain CDL and DOT card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of vehicle fleet including preventive and unscheduled repairs.
• Plan and monitor the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Train staff and evaluate their skills.

Skills

Intermediate skill level using Excel

Beginning skill level using Word

Ability to analyze and evaluate data

Knowledge of Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanical/electrical/electronic repair techniques

Principles of leadership, supervision, training, motivation, and coaching
