Job summary

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Summer Intern to work at our Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This paid 10-week internship will start June 7, 2027 and run through August 13, 2027. EJM offers a flexible schedule conducive to a students' schedule with encouraged participation in company events throughout the Summer.

35-40 hours per week will be expected of each intern. A complete application and resume must be submitted to be considered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; able to perform internet research.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.
• Develop an understanding of the EJM operations, approach, methodology & tools.
• Spare parts inventory, document inspection, organization, and tracking system data input for the NetJets / EJM Float Fleet.
• Log book audits and organization for No Tech Tails.
• Aircraft conformity inspection assistance with the transition team and findings resolution assistance with maintenance directors.

Purpose of Position

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is looking to hire aFleet Maintenance Summer Intern to work at our Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This paid 10-week internship will start June 7, 2027 and run through August 13, 2027. EJM offers a flexible schedule conducive to a students' schedule with encouraged participation in company events throughout the Summer. 35-40 hours per week will be expected of each intern. A complete application and resume must be submitted to be considered. Preference will be given to local students in the Cincinnati area. This position was created for sophomore-senior status students studying aviation maintenance.

EJM does not offer a relocation stipend for internship positions. Relocation for this internship would be the responsibility of the student.
