Job summary

Executive Jet Management (EJM), a Berkshire Hathaway company, invites applications for a Sales Summer Intern at our Cincinnati, Ohio headquarters. This paid 10-week internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027, with a flexible schedule and 35-40 hours weekly.

Local students are preferred and sophomores to seniors in undergraduate programs are encouraged to apply. Interns will analyze trends in AMSTAT and Salesforce, research prospects, and support the Sales team with projects.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, aiming for a Bachelor's degree.
• Task-oriented, organized, and conscientious.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; comfortable with internet research and data tracking.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends/data in AMSTAT/Salesforce.
• Help research prospects and key accounts for Managed and Outside Charter Sales.
• Understand how AMSTAT, JetNet and ZoomInfo are used in sales.
• Shadow Sales Operations Analyst team members.
• Engage and assist Sales Executive team with projects.

Purpose of Position

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is looking to hire a Sales Summer Intern to work at our Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This paid 10-week internship will start June 7, 2027 and run through August 13, 2027. EJM offers a flexible schedule conducive to a students' schedule with encouraged participation in company events throughout the Summer. 35-40 hours per week will be expected of each intern. Preference will be given to local students in the Cincinnati area. This position was created for sophomore-senior status undergraduate students.

EJM does not offer a relocation stipend for internship positions. Relocation for this internship would be the responsibility of the student.

• Understand how AMSTAT, JetNet and ZoomInfo are tools used in sales
