Responsibilities

• Perform major and minor preventative maintenance on state vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic problems; use diagnostic tools and computer software.
• Weld and fabricate; inspect safety and working order; maintain inventory and order parts.
• Supervise a repair facility and train staff; plan and direct operations of a repair facility.
