Job summary

Center for Disability Services in Albany, NY, seeks an Assistant Supervisor - Fleet Maintenance/Scheduler to lead fleet operations and ensure timely maintenance across all vehicles. You will manage Servicefinder scheduling, coordinate with mechanics, prepare cost estimates, process invoices, and provide dispatch coverage when needed.

This role requires a high school diploma, ASE certifications, NYS Inspection license, CDL-B preferred, and 5+ years in diesel/mechanical work with supervisory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• ASE certificates preferred.
• NYS Inspection license (light and heavy) required (must obtain within 3 months of hire if not certified).
• CDL-B preferred; training provided to obtain CDL-B as it is required for position.

Responsibilities

• Manages the administrative functions of the fleet management program.
• Schedules preventative maintenance and repairs for all CFDS vehicles.
• Calculates pricing and submits invoices to Accounts Payable.
• Provides customer service by phone and in person.
• Assists customers with maintenance scheduling and cost estimates.
• Enter labor and parts on work orders and finalize in Servicefinder.
