Job summary

Center for Disability Services seeks an Assistant Supervisor - Fleet Maintenance/Scheduler in Albany, NY. You will manage the fleet maintenance program, oversee Servicefinder records, and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs for all CFDS vehicles.

Responsibilities include invoicing, customer service duties, and coordinating with program managers. CDL-B and NYS inspection license are preferred; multiple licenses may be trained on-site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• NYS Inspection license (light & heavy) required; obtain within 3 months if not certified.
• CDL-B preferred; will train to obtain if hired.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions of the fleet management program.
• Administer Servicefinder database for accuracy and integrity.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs for all CFDS vehicles.
• Prepare and submit invoices to Accounts Payable with cost estimates.
• Provide customer service via phone and walk-ins for maintenance scheduling.
• Set up repair/inspection/ detailing appointments; issue work orders.
