The role focuses on coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, parts, and vendor activity for the fleet of heavy- and light-duty vehicles and related equipment. The ideal candidate has at least two years in fleet maintenance administration, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with fleet software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years in fleet maintenance administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling and work orders preferred.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance software/CMMS preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and recurring service by mileage, hours, and time intervals.
• Track and update work orders, labor, parts, and vendor activity.
• Communicate priorities and status to stakeholders.
• Assist with parts procurement and vendor coordination.
• Maintain vendor contacts, service history, and warranties.
• Ensure compliance with safety and DOT requirements.
