Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a Manager of Operations Fleet to lead fleet maintenance across our Philadelphia, Marmora, and production-center assets. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and cost-effective operation of transportation fleets and material handling equipment.

You will oversee supervisors, technicians, and administrative staff, drive preventive maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Operations, Safety, and Supply Chain leaders to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 7+ years progressive fleet maintenance experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience overseeing supervisors and technicians.
• Experience managing medium to large transportation fleets in beverage/logistics environments preferred.
• DOT Inspection Certification
• CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet maintenance safety initiatives and promote safety culture.
• Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for fleet assets.
• Oversee maintenance for tractors, trailers, forklifts, and service vehicles.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate travel between multiple facilities as needed.
