Job summary

Mister P Express is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily activities alongside the General Manager, focusing on cost control, fleet and staff management, and maintenance oversight. The role will monitor production across shifts and provide data-driven insights to executives.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in transportation operations, scheduling, and cost analysis for tractors, trailers, and fleet maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with GM.
• Monitor parts production
• Monitor staff production on all shifts
• Cost analysis on tractors and trailers
• Continually monitor tire cost ensuring we are getting the best pricing.
• Employee scheduling
• Maintain & Manage all Company cars; ensuring they are always in working order and services are performed as required.
• Oversee all equipment repairs and provide analytics to Executives as requested
• Oversee all training & scheduling for new hires, ensuring they are meeting all requirements to grow and work long term
