Job summary

Mister P Express in Jeffersonville, Indiana, is seeking an operations-focused professional to oversee daily logistics and fleet activities, working closely with the GM to keep the trucking operation on time.

You will monitor parts production and staff output across all shifts, perform cost analyses on tractors and trailers, manage tire pricing, schedule employees, maintain company cars, oversee equipment repairs, and coordinate training for new hires to support long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with GM.
• Monitor parts production
• Monitor staff production on all shifts
• Cost analysis on tractors and trailers
• Continually monitor tire cost ensuring we are getting the best pricing.
• Employee scheduling
• Maintain & Manage all Company cars; ensuring they are always in working order and services are performed as required.
• Oversee all equipment repairs and provide analytics to Executives as requested
• Oversee all training & scheduling for new hires, ensuring they are meeting all requirements to grow and work long term
