Amerit Fleet Solutions, based in the US, is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager in the Hagerstown, MD area. You will lead a team of technicians and mechanics in a robust preventative maintenance program to keep large and heavy-duty vehicles safe and efficient.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000–$95,000 with weekly pay, plus bonus opportunities. Typical shift is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with full benefits after 30 days.

Competenze

• Must have at least 2 years in fleet maintenance or operations.
• 5–8 years of direct management experience.
• Prior technician/mechanic experience.
• Familiarity with heavy truck/trailer repair and maintenance.
• Must be able to travel; oversee multiple shop locations.
• Solid knowledge of DOT rules and company policies.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
